Amazing life hacks- Part 2

 My previous post also contained few hacks. Since they were more useful for tech savvy people. I thought of writing another post which gives information about day to day life. So here are few more hacks which could save you time.



1.  Chewing gum burns around 11 calories per hour.



2. Brush your lips instead of using lip balm, because it scrubs away dead skin parts and increase the blood flow.



3. If you are experiencing insomnia, drink a glass of raw lemon juice or a spoonful of honey before sleeping. This will drastically improve your sleep.



4. Fill plastic water bottles a quarter of the way full and lay on the side and put into the freezer. When frozen, you can fill with water and have ice cold water on the go.



5. Want to stop a baby from crying? Start crying louder and the baby will stop.



6. Pineapple juice is 500% more effective as a cough treatment as compared to regular cough syrup.



7. If you feel like you need something but you don't know what it is, it is water. It is ALWAYS water.



 8. If you drink raisin soaked water daily with empty stomach for 1 month , then your acne and pimples will disappear and skin will glow.



9. Drinking pomegranate juice is good for the heart and useful for people who suffer from low blood pressure.



10. Sucking a piece of clove after a meal helps in reducing acidity.



11. If someone doesn't like you, ask to borrow their pencil. It's a cool psychological trick that will make them like you more.



12. Having a conversation with someone and not sure if they are interested or not? Fold your arms. If they do the same, they probably are.



13. If you spend a while looking for something, after you find it and use it, put it back in the first place you looked for it.



14. Having trouble sleeping on time? Tell yourself to stay awake. Trying to sleep can increase performance anxiety.



15. While buying something online, read only those reviews that gave 3 stars . They are usually the most honest pros and cons.



16. Need to divide something fairly? Get one person to divide and the other person to pick first.



17. Want to loose weight? Don't eat anything 4 hours before you go to sleep. It really makes a huge difference.



18. Want to stop uncontrollable laughter? Just exhale air as much as possible.



19. An apple is more effective than coffee, in keeping you awake.



20. The next time you are about to eat chips, try opening it upside down. Due to shipping and shelf life, most flavour sinks to the bottom.
